While the food options were decent, the pricing, like $12 for only four small pieces of French toast, felt excessive. The location is conveniently near hospitals, making it a solid choice for business travels.

Also, I really wish they had informed me about housekeeping schedules at check-in. learning it wouldn’t be an option felt like a misstep. I struggled with long waits for the elevators, which did little to enhance my experience.

My recent stay offered a great location near the harbor. Enjoyed the delicious American cuisine at the Harbor Sports Grill. However, the check-in experience was lacking due to a dirty air conditioning filter and missing amenities. Future guests should check for room essentials before settling in.

I had a wonderful stay here for two nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Inner Harbor, making it easy to explore Baltimore. Omaria, the hotel ambassador, was incredibly helpful, guiding us through parking challenges and ensuring our comfort. My only suggestion would be to improve the clarity on parking options, as it was slightly confusing upon arrival.

Solo travelers beware - not the cheapest but decent

The property was very welcoming and when I walked in it felt like stepping into a different world you know like luxury hits you all at once and the vibe is great plus the amenities were top notch I used the pool and it wasn’t crowded at all which was perfect to unwind after a long day.

It was a bit pricey but considering the comfort I guess it’s an acceptable trade-off.

The staff members, especially Omaira and Nicole, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my check-in seamless. The cleanliness of the property stood out, and I appreciated the comfortable beds and amenities in my King Room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
